Donation Announcement System

Article 1 The system is established according to the “Management Regulations for the Registered Social Entities” and the Constitution of this Association to standardize management work for receiving donations.
Article 2 The Association may accept donations from government departments, social organizations, enterprises and public institutions and individuals. The secretariat of the Association is responsible for donation details.
Article 3 According to the relative regulations an agreement is required between the donator and the donatory so that hand-over procedures can be fulfilled ( A donation pledge signed by the President of the Association will be issued). The action to accept donations from overseas shall be approved by the foreign affairs department, competent authorities and the registration authority.
Article 4 The donations or articles must be registered and kept by special-assigned people and be used for special purposes such as the activities of the Association specified in the Constitution. The result of use will be notified to the donators.
Article 5 The donation received must be managed as per the State’s financial and tax regulations as well as the financial regulations for social organizations, audited and inspected by higher authorities and supervision departments. The incoming and outgoings of the yearly donations and articles shall be publicized with thanks and supervised by the society and the donators.
Article 6 The directors and the full-time staff of the Association shall return to the Association all they have received including the donations during their participation in the activities related to the work of the Association. The property worth 500 yuan or more which has been denoted to an individual, shall be reported to the President or the Executive Vice President for disposal.
Article 7 Any donations from the member units of the Executive Board of Directors and the Board of Directors, cooperating units of the business circles and other units are encouraged and the unit which has donated a large amount to the Association will receive a lifelong position or the naming right for a large event.
Article 8 The system shall become effective after reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and shall be interpreted by the Board of Directors.
