Evaluation, Rewards and Penalties System

Article 1 The system is established according to the constitution of this Association to standardize management work of the Association.
 
Article 2 The full-time staff working in the permanent organizations under the Association shall be evaluated in virtue,capacity, diligence and achievements according to the evaluation standards for the public institutions and their salaries shall be linked with their work performance.
 
Article 3 The individual directors and member units of the Board of Directors must strictly follow the constitution and the six management systems of the Association, perform well the rights and obligations, actively take part in the activities of the Association and support or coordinate its work.  Those who have made obvious achievements in the work of the Association or eminent contributions to the Association will receive proper recognition and reward from the Association.
 
Article 4 Rewards for “Advanced unit” and “Advanced Individual”, evaluated every two years by the Association, shall be conferred to the prize-winning units or individuals with award certificates and a certain sum of bonuses.
 
Article 5 Those who have disregarded the development of the Association, been reluctant to  participate in its activities and failed to coordinate its work for a long time shall be criticized or warned and even expelled or removed from the position in the Association as per its constitution if they are incorrigible. 
 
Article 6 Those who have caused bad social impact and grave economic loss due to neglect of duty,  will compensate for the loss or be removed from the post or even be traced for responsibility, depending on seriousness of the case. 
 
Article 7 The system shall become effective after reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and shall be interpreted by the Executive Board of Directors.
