Shaoyang Banbaozai Culture & Art Association Founded

On the morning of February 8, 2015, Shaoyang Banbaozai Culture & Art Association was grandly founded at Beixian Hall on Xihu Road, with Wu Renhao’ s artistic name as its title, who is a famous calligrapher, sculptor as well as fine art and handcraft master.
Present at the foundation celebration were 60 association members and more than 100 personages from all walks, including former Vice-mayor of Shaoyang City and President of Shaoyang International Culture Association Li Lanjun, Deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Shaoyang Municipal
Committee Of the CPC Yi Anguo, Chairman of Shaoyang Literary Union, Vice-president and Secretary-in-chief of Shaoyang International Culture Association Zhang Qianshan, Deputy Director of Shaoyang Civil Administration Bureau Zeng Qingyang and Director of Shaoyang Civil Organization Administration Bureau Xiaofeng, who came to congratulate and authorize it.
At the meeting, people present listened to the report of preparatory work and passed the regulations and rules of the association; and Zeng Qingyang announced the approval document of the foundation of the association.
Former Director of Shaoyang Culture Bureau made a poem offhand, which reads as follows: ‘Famous artistic works come together with a famous studio, gathering on the colorful stage of Zhaoling; artistic innovation is in full blossom, with grace going on in history.’
Mr Zhang delivered his excited impromptu speech titled ‘Salute to the leading runners’, while Li Lanjun expressed her hearty hope with her warm congratulations.
Finally, Wu Renhao, the founder of the association, said that the association would succeed the past and open the future, cultivate more talents and add color to the artistic and cultural cause of Shaoyang, based upon the profound local culture.
