1. Two hands rub each other for one minute.

2. Rub the head with fingers for one minute.

3. Massage the auricle for one minute.
Massage the auricles till they get warm and comfortable, which has the effect of dredging the channels and maintain sharp hearing sense and which has special functions of curing and preventing tinnitus, dizziness and forgetfulness.
